I’m Carolyn, the voice behind CMB Sound Studio. What began years ago as play-by-play in a childhood friend’s basement grew into a career rooted in storytelling, clarity, and connection.

I bring more than 20 years of professional broadcasting and audio production experience, currently serving as the play-by-play voice for my alma mater Western Michigan University Women’s Basketball and Softball (Go Broncos!). I’ve also collaborated with organizations, including the Kalamazoo Wings, on creative audio projects. Whether on the air or in the studio, I bring the same care, precision, and storytelling focus to every collaboration — helping clients communicate clearly and connect authentically.
